Increases blood flow - exercises such as headstands/handstand or any inversions where your head is below the heart and hips, helps venous blood from the lower part of the body to flow back to your heart, where it can be pumped back to the lungs to be oxygenated.

Keep diseases at bay - yoga has a beneficial effect on the immune system. It not only helps in destroying various viruses we catch during season change, but also boosts our immunity to fight off diseases.

Yoga & Meditation Classes

Private sessions are ideal for beginners who would like an introduction to yoga, meditation & breath work

 

They are also for those who are more experienced but looking to focus on a particular area - physically &/or mentally/spiritually. 

 

Private sessions allow us time to work on what YOU want.
