My name is Nerissa and I am everyone's Number 1 HYPEGIRL,

my intention is to  motivate and support you every step of the way. But, more than that, I am dedicated to helping you achieve real, long-lasting results that go beyond just physical changes. I don’t want you to just TRUST the process, I want you to fall in love with it!
