I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Nutritionist, Sport & Exercise Psychology Consultant & a Professional Irish Dancer.
I have a Master’s Degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Irish Music and Dance, I am an EQF Level 4 Qualified Personal Trainer, a 200 Hour Yoga Instructor & EIQ certified Nutritionist.
I feel that in order to be the best coach possible for my clients,
it is so important to encompass all areas of health

After a successful competitive career in Irish Dance, claiming seven All-Ireland & International Champion Titles, I then went on to work as a Professional Irish Dancer traveling around the world with an array of prestigious dance shows.
Dance has played a huge part in my life and heavily influences the approach I take to health & fitness.
It has to be enjoyable!
Combining my love of training with the intricacies of the mind is a passion of mine.
Coming from a Sport Psychology background I truly believe that mindset is key
and my goal is through my content and guidance people can gain inspiration,
motivation and knowledge which enables them to make positive changes in their daily lives.
In my spare time I love to travel, read, dance, train and practice yoga & meditation!
