With a Master's Degree in Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology, EIQ Certified Nutritionist, EQF Level 4 Personal Training certification, BA in Performing Arts, and a 200 Hour YTT certification, I have the knowledge and variety of tools to guide you on this journey.
