I will first walk you through the goal-setting process to clarify your intentions and how you want to look and feel in your life. Before embarking on this journey, it is important to understand WHY we want to achieve our goals.

We will do a deep dive into identifying your mindset roadblocks, and you will learn proven techniques to make internal shifts, break through the resistance, self-doubt, and everything standing in your way to achieving your goals.

SYSTEM

We must have a system in place to support our goals and a plan to reach them even when life gets in the way. Together, we will examine what's not working and build a custom system for a sustainable health & fitness journey.

GET MOVING

We will dive deep into your current fitness, lifestyle & nutrition routine to create a custom diet & exercise program for you! You will work 1:1 with a personal trainer, receive expert guidance and instruction, and get access to our workout video app, which contains a full exercise library.

DEEP DIVE INTO YOUR DIET

Together, we’ll explore your eating habits and determine why you aren’t losing weight. You will receive a personalized calorie and macro target we created to get you to your goals.
 
You will also learn the fundamentals of nutrition so that this is not just a ‘6 Week Shred’. This is a long-term, sustainable program, and with the knowledge you will learn from the course, you can make empow
ered choices about food, even when you are out for dinner with your loved ones.

No more ordering the salad because you are ‘trying to be good!’ I will guide you through WHAT to eat to get the best results. You will learn to eat well while still including ALL the foods you enjoy.

You can eat the foods you love while not feeling restricted and ALL while still losing weight! The best part is you will have the TOOLS TO MAINTAIN YOUR IDEAL WEIGHT ONCE AND FOR ALL - so No more yo-yo dieting.
